About Rina

Rina happily ‘got lost’ in the world of performing arts in the late 1990s where she took her first steps as a performer in dance and theatre. Between 2015 and 2019 she was the initiator of ‘Blooming Talents’, a workshop program for teenagers focused on dance, body awareness and meditation.

In 2017 she launched Tiny Wisdom Program, her first teaching program for children with a spiritual theme. As a (guest) teacher, Rina brings inspiration, comfort and joy to the classroom and to the hospital; for children and young adults, for teachers, for parents and for professionals at work.

Her passion is to teach young people about spiritual awareness, and how to navigate from a higher level of consciousness through various challenges they encounter in their lives.

Rina has a background in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Laban Movement Analysis and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). She also completed annual training courses in Transpersonal Development at the I AM Academy in Haarlem and Neurological Music Therapy (NMT) at ArtEZ Academy of Music in Enschede.

“I have just three things to teach: simplicity, patience, compassion. These three are your greatest treasures.”
