You learn to influence unconscious brain processes through language and communication. This way you can use NLP to learn to feel better and to learn how to communicate better.
What can you expect from personal coaching with NLP? In most cases, the coaching does not last longer than three sessions. In the first session you will learn the basic NLP techniques that you need to know to get a grip on your emotions.
The most important thing is that you learn to look at your emotions in a different way and to feel them differently.
First, we start with an introduction by phone. Here we discuss together exactly what your complaints are and what you want to do about this. During this interview I will assess how well NLP coaching suits you. You decide whether you would like to follow the coaching sessions with me. If you do, we immediately set up an appointment for the first session.
In any case, it is important to know that NLP coaching is not a therapy. We are not going to dig into your past, but you will immediately start to feel better.
